His Story

After a lengthy career in retail, management, sales and training, he decided to take time to discover the world of computers. At social gatherings, knowing nothing about computers, he listened in amazement to people chatting and using phrases like:

• How much RAM do you have?
• My computer “froze” on me.
• My hard-drive is not big enough. 
• I have 64 Megs of RAM
• I tried to send an email, but it never went through etc.

This all sounded to him like a foreign language. So armed with numerous text books, he began a self-directed study, which was very difficult to understand. He then enrolled in a 3-month course which led to a formal Certificate in Microsoft Office.

He then decided to write a computer course for seniors who knew nothing about computers, based on what he needed to know and learn when he was a complete novice. Now he is able to offer you quality training in a variety of computer programs - even if you have no or very little experience. He has developed an easy to understand approach, which together with his infinite patience, will make learning about computers easy, fun and exciting.
